INGREDIENTS
1 cup cabbage kimchi
1 cup brown basmati rice
2 cup water
2 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
2 green chilli
2 tablespoon red wine
1 tablespoon fermented soy sauce
1 tablespoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon paprika
0 salt as required
1 egg
0 black pepper as required
2 tablespoon sesame oil
How to make Kimchi Rice Salad
Step 1
To begin with this easy salad recipe, wash and soak brown rice for 30 minutes. Next, take a pan and add the rice along with 2 cups of water, a dash of salt, ginger chopped, garlic chopped, green chilies chopped. To give the salad a rich flavour add soy sauce and allow the rice to cook. Once the rice absorbs the water. Allow it to attain room temperature.
Step 2
Next, take a large bowl and add 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoon red wine, salt, paprika, ginger chopped, whisk it nicely. Then add in 1 cup Kimchi salad along with the rice, toss it all.
Step 3
You can serve it with a sunny side up or half egg fry. To make that just add some sesame oil to the pan, crack open the eggs add a dash of sesame seeds, salt and pepper.

Take a serving bowl/plate and place the rice salad, top it with some more Kimchi and place the egg fry. Serve hot and enjoy!
