To prepare this delicious dessert recipe, start by preparing the tart shells. Take a large bowl and combine all purpose flour (maida), salt, butter and water as required in it. Knead them into a dough.
Using a rolling pin, roll the dough with butter on a flat surface. Take a cutter and cut the circles as you need.
Now, put these circles in the greased tart mould. Place them in the oven and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes. Once done, remove and keep them aside.
Now, to prepare the filling, take a bowl and whisk yoghurt in it.
Wash and peel the mangoes and then chop them. Add them to a food processor with the puree and blend into a smooth paste.
In another bowl, mix the yoghurt, mango puree, whipped cream and sugar. Whisk the mixture till sugar is dissolved.
