500 gm amla

0 sugar as required

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon spice cardamom

0 salt as required

How to make Microwave Amla Murabba

Step 1

To prepare these delicious murabbas, first, wash the amlas and sprinkle salt in it. Transfer in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes until the amla become soft. Once done keep aside until needed next.

Step 2

Once the amlas are soft, add the sugar, black pepper and cardamom powder. Again put in microwave and heat for 15 minutes till the sugar dissolves.

Step 3

Once done, transfer the amlas in a bowl and let them settle at room temperature. Your ​Microwave Amla Murabba is ready to be served.
