Moong Sprout Kebab
Looking for something healthy yet tasty? Then try this delicious moong sprouts kebab recipe that you can make in just 2 spoons of oil. All you need is some boiled moong sprouts, veggies, spices and besan. Just prepare a dough and make small kebabs using it. You can also cook them in an air-fryer or bake them in an oven. Here we have used just two spoons of oil to make all the kebabs. You can also add some extra veggies to it like carrot, capsicum, potatoes and peas. These kebabs turn out to be so delicious that they will be loved by people of all age groups. Serve them hot with a chutney or dip of your choice.
INGREDIENTS
200 gm boiled sprouted moong
1 onion
1 medium green chilli
1 tomato
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala powder
100 gm gram flour (besan)
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
0 black salt as required
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
How to make Moong Sprout Kebab
Step 1
Chop the onion, cucumber and green chilli. Add them to a bowl. Also add besan, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and coriander leaves to the bowl.
Step 2
Now add the boiled moong sprouts to the bowl. Mash everything together lightly and prepare a dough. If needed, add 2-4 tablespoons of water.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Now make small kebabs with the dough and shallow fry them from both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve the healthy kebabs with mint chutney or ketchup.
