Nutella Barfi

This recipe is a fusion of an Indian sweet and a western taste. If you are a fan of Nutella, then you will love this barfi version of it. With its creamy texture and chocolaty taste, these Nutella barfis will be loved by people of all age groups.

You can make these sweets and store them in the refrigerator for some days and always serve them chilled as it will give you a cool and refreshing flavour. This barfi is sweet, soft and very tasty.

INGREDIENTS

2 cup milk powder

2 tablespoon ghee

1/2 cup fresh cream

1 1/2 cup condensed milk

1 cup nutella

1/2 cup walnuts

How to make Nutella Barfi

Step 1

Add milk powder to a bowl along with ghee and 2 tablespoons of cream. Mix the mixture together and leave it for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Heat a pan and roast the milk powder mixture on low heat. Keep stirring and make sure it doesn't stick to the pan. Roast the powder for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In another pan heat together Nutella, condensed milk and cream. Add the milk powder mixture to the Nutella mixture and fold it together. Add the walnuts and roast the mixture. Remove the pan from heat.

Step 4

Pour the barfi mixture into a plate or tray and level it out. Let them cool down and once they are set, cut them into square pieces.
