Oats Namakpare
Namakpara is one of the most loved snacks in India. It is hard to stop munching on these crispy delights. This namakpara recipe however, is prepared with a twist. Oats Namakpare are super-healthy and baked version of the all time favourite snacks. Once prepared you can store this snack in an airtight jar and enjoy its goodness later as well.
INGREDIENTS
30 gm refined flour
20 gm oats powder
5 ml refined oil
0 salt as required
0 water as required
How to make Oats Namakpare
Step 1
To prepare this delightful snack first, in a bowl mix roasted powdered oats with refined flour. Add oil in the mix. Now, adding little water at a time knead a firm dough.
Step 2
Now, roll the prepared dough flat using a rolling pin. The dough should neither be too thick nor too thin. Once done, cut portions of dough to give them the shape of a namakpara.
Step 3
Next, grease a baking tray. transfer the dough in the tray and bake the dough for about 5-10 minutes till it becomes golden brown. Your oats namakpara is ready to be served.
