INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 litre milk

1 cup pistachios

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup fresh cream

1 handful pistachios

1 teaspoon ghee

How to make Pista Kheer

Step 1

To begin this easy recipe, just take a pan and add milk, keep stirring. In the meantime, wash and soak rice.

Step 2

Once the milk starts reducing, add sugar and rice. Take another pan and add ghee, roast the pistachios, add some to the kheer and rest save for garnishing. Lastly, add fresh cream and let the kheer cook and attain a thick texture.
