200 gm red snapper fish
0 sea salt as required
1 dash black pepper
2 stalks thyme
2 teaspoon garlic
2 teaspoon butter
200 gm baby spinach
200 gm potato
2 teaspoon lemon juice
0 chilli flakes as required
0 oregano as required
How to make Red Snapper with Lemon Garlic on Spinach Bed
To prepare this scrumptious French delight, first grease a glass bowl with butter. Now add melted butter as base and top it with sliced potato seasoned with salt, pepper and parsley. Repeat this 3-4 times, until you get 4 layers of potatoes. Now bake these layered potato in pre heated oven for 10 minutes.
Now, in a pan heat olive oil on high heat. Once the oil is adequately heated, add the baby spinach to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes then switch the heat on low flame and cook till you see the water leaving from sides. Turn off the flame, transfer the spinach in a bowl and let it rest for some time.
