INGREDIENTS

5 kilograms turkey meat

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1 large garlic

3 cup thyme

0 salt as required

2 pieces lemon

2 large onion

0 black pepper as required

2 stick butter

How to make Roasted Turkey

Step 1

To prepare this exotic dish, first, heat butter in a pan kept over medium flame. Once the butter melts add lemon juice and a 1 pinch of tyme leaves in the pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes and keep aside until needed next.

Step 2

Now, take the whole turkey and keep it on a large pan. Generously sprinkle salt and pepper all over the turkey and in the turkey cavity. Then stuff the cavity with thyme leaves, lemon wedges, chopped onion and garlic. Brush the turkey with the butter mixture prepared.

Step 3

Now, preheat oven at 350 degree Celsius. Place the marinated turkey with breast side up on the roasting rack set in a metal-roasting pan. Fold the wing tips under. Once done, tie the legs together loosely with a kitchen rope or you can simply take the thread for this.

Step 4

Next, put this whole turkey in a foil and place inside the preheated oven let it roast for around 2 and a half hours. Once done, remove the turkey and cover with a foil for at least 20 minutes. Serve hot.
