Rose Cookies

Cookies are the best snack to satisfy your hunger pangs and a companion for your tea time. Rose cookies is a delicious snack recipe. It is easy to prepare and the best part is that these cookies are eggless. To prepare these delicious cookies, you will require maida, rice powder, fennel seeds, sugar and a pinch of salt. These cookies can also be prepared on special occasions like parties and Christmas.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup rice flour

2 tablespoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

1 pinch salt

0 refined oil as required

How to make Rose Cookies

Step 1

Take a large bowl and mix together maida, rice flour, fennel seeds, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

It should be in thick consistency.

Step 3

Heat oil in a kadhai over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, dip the mould for a few minutes.

Step 4

Then dip in batter. The batter will stick to the mould.

Step 5

Then dip in hot oil. Wait till it becomes brown in colour.

Step 6

Take out the rose cookies with a spoon, once it is done.

Step 7

Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy.
