INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats

25 black dates

15 almonds

3 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 digestive biscuits

3 tablespoon honey

3 tablespoon ghee

2 tablespoon coconut

1/2 teaspoon green cardamom

How to make Sesame Oats Ladoo

Step 1

To prepare this toothsome ladoo, first, take a small sized pan and place it on low flame. Then, add 1 tablespoon of ghee in it and roast oats in it.

Step 2

Now, grind almonds, sesame seeds, oats and biscuits with the help of a grinder. Grind until you get a fine powder.

Step 3

Next, de seed the dates and grind them separately to make a paste. Do not make use of water.

Step 4

Now, transfer the oats powder (step 2) in a large sized bowl. Also, add the dates paste (step 3) in it. Mix well and then add some grated coconut along with remaining ghee in it. Then, add honey in the bowl and mix well (you may use condensed milk instead of honey).

Step 5

Next, make medium sized round balls from the mixture and coat them with remaining desiccated coconut, your ladoos are ready. You may add 1 teaspoon of extra ghee and honey if the ladoos are hard to roll and bind.
