Shrimp Avocado Tango

To make this dish, all you need to is to take the cleaned and deveined prawns and boil them for just 2 minutes. After that put the boiled prawns in cold water. After this, just make avocado mixture by mixing the mashed avocado with lemon juice, red chili and coriander leaves.

How to make Shrimp Avocado Tango
Step 1
To prepare this amazing dish, put a pan with water over medium flame and bring it to a boil. Add a squirt of lemon juice and add cleaned prawns in it and boil for 2 minutes. Once done, remove and put immediately in ice-cold water for them to stop cooking.
Step 2
Now, cut the avocado and take out all its meat in a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado gently, add the juice of remaining lemon, salt to taste, chopped red chilli, chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well and keep aside.
Step 3
Finally, take the prawns and pat them dry. Chop them about 1/2" cubes and toss them with the avocado mash well and serve immediately.
