INGREDIENTS

500 gm minced lamb

6 egg

1/4 cup full cream milk

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon virgin olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoon onion

3 cloves garlic

1/3 cup barbeque sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestshire sauce

0 salt as required

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

How to make Skillet Meatloaf

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, crack open all the eggs, add milk to it along with Worcestershire sauce and whisk properly. Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix well.

Step 2

Heat a skillet on medium heat and put the oil, onion, salt and pepper. After cooking for 10 minutes, add barbeque sauce in it and garlic until it starts giving out a good fragrance. Keep aside to cool.

Step 3

Put the fried onion in the egg mixture and combine. Add the ground meat and mix using your fingers.

Step 4

Put this mixture into the skillet and press into it using your fingers in an even layer. Serve hot.
