Soyabean, Pea and Oat Kebabs

Soyabean, Pea and Oat Kebab is an easy-to-make snack recipe that's completely healthy. It's not just nutritious but amazing in taste that can be clubbed with lunch as well. This kebab is prepared using overnight soaked and boiled soyabeans, boiled peas, ground oats, onion and garlic. All these ingredients are first blended together to make a mixture for kebabs.

Seasoned with salt and cayenne pepper, these kebabs are given the shape just like seekh kebabs and then cooked in a preheated oven. These kebabs are best cooked in an electric tandoor. INGREDIENTS

2 cup soybean

3/4 cup peas

1/2 cup oats

1 onion

3 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

0 salt as required

How to make Soyabean, Pea and Oat Kebabs

Step 1

To prepare this easy kebab recipe, add boiled soybean, boiled peas, oats, onion, garlic in a grinding jar and grind them together to make a mixture. Add salt and cayenne pepper to this mixture and transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Now, use this mixture to make long kebabs. You can also use a stick to give these kebabs proper shape. Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Step 3

Cook these kebabs in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes and bake them till they are brown. If you have an electric tandoor, then these kebabs will come out better.

Step 4

When these kebabs are made, insert bamboo skewers in them. Meanwhile, cut an avocado roughly and wash mint and spinach leaves. Grind them together to make the nutritious dip.
