Tangri Kebab

The mouth only waters and the stomach growls when we hear someone say ‘Tangri Kebab’. These are one of the most loved party snacks and we can never get enough of them. But thanks to an easy and delicious recipe like this one, you can now make Tangri Kebabs at home too! Tangri Kebabs are basically chicken leg pieces that are first marinated in a spicy marinade and then roasted in a tandoor.

But because not all of us have the luxury of having a tandoor, we are going to roast them in an oven. What are you waiting for? Gather all your ingredients and let’s get cooking.

INGREDIENTS

500 gm chicken drumsticks

1/2 cup hung curd

1 tablespoon ginger paste

1 tablespoon garlic paste

0 salt as required

2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli

1 teaspoon garam masala powder

3 teaspoon coriander powder

1 handful coriander leaves

3 lemon wedges

How to make Tangri Kebab

Step 1

Wash the drumsticks nicely and pat them dry. Make slits on the skin and marinate them using all the above-mentioned ingredients. Marinate for at least 4 hours in refrigerators.

Step 2

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees celsius and put the chicken on the baking tray. Pop it inside the oven and let it roast for about 7-10 minutes and serve with green chutney!
