5 potato

140 gm green beans

2 medium carrot

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder

1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

4 tablespoon coriander leaves

0 salt as required

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/4 cup bread crumbs

How to make Veg Patty

Step 1

Steam beans and carrots until they are soft, in slightly salted water. Drain off any excess water. Boil and peel potatoes. Then, add beans, potato, carrots, bread crumbs, ginger, mango powder, garam masala, chilli powder, and chopped coriander in a food processor and commbine well.

Step 2

Adjust the seasoning of the mixture. Divide into equal parts and shape into patties, and chill for a few minutes.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and add patties to the hot oil. Flip over to cook until golden brown and crispy.
