Vrat Wali Green Chutney
Satvik food has been an integral part of our culture since time immemorial. It means those foods which increase your mental peace and push you towards the path of truth, are categorized as satvik food. In ancient times, onions and garlic were avoided by almost every household. Even though, them being of amazing medicinal properties, they were replaced by other Ayurvedic substitutes.
INGREDIENTS
3 cup coriander leaves
2 green chilli
2 teaspoon chaat masala
1.5 teaspoon lemon juice
2.5 tablespoon water
0 sendha namak as required
How to make Vrat Wali Green Chutney
Step 1
To make you very own Vrat Wali Green Chutney, rinse the coriander leaves thoroughly and chop the coriander leaves very finely.
Step 2
After you have done this step, put the chopped coriander into a blender. Add green chilies, chaat masala powder, and sendha namak into the blender. Finish the mixture with water and lemon juice. Once all the ingredients are done, blend it until it turns semi-liquid. You can add more water if you wish that the consistency should be thin. Pour the incorporated mixture into a bowl and enjoy it with your favourite snacks. Bon Appetite!
