Actress Anjali Responds To Rumours On Her Wedding

Actress Anjali, who plays the lead actor in director Shiva Turlapati's upcoming Telugu horror-comedy Geethanjali Malli Vachindi, has trashed rumours on social media that claimed that she was to tie the knot soon.

Anjali, who was participating in the trailer launch event of the film, burst out laughing when a mediaperson asked her about rumours on social media that she was to tie the knot soon.

Responding to the question in a lighter vein, Anjali pointed out that other journalists themselves were also laughing at the question.

They Have Got Me Married Four Times Till Now
"I am the one who has to come to my wedding but I guess nobody has told me about my wedding so far," she said with a giggle and added, "They (rumour mongers) have got me married four times until now. This is the fifth time."

On a serious note, she said, " I too heard about this. So, when I say I heard about it, it obviously means the rumours are untrue. I heard it from somebody. One thing is certain. I will get married. But not now. I have no connection with the news you have heard."

The actress also gave a clarification to some other rumours on being in a live-in relationship.

She remarked, "I heard that I was in a live-in relationship. I myself am not living in my house. I am living outdoors. So, I would feel good if whoever is staying gives me rent and goes. I am paying EMIs. So, I am not getting married anytime now. Those rumours are false."
