Heeramandi Star Sonakshi Sinha On Working With SLB After 12 Years: He Has Been Fond Of Me Since Rowdy Rathore

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar has been generating considerable buzz ever since its announcement in 2022. Today, on April 9, the makers finally gave us the much-awaited trailer of the show. It has garnered a lot of love and has successfully managed to grab everyone’s attention. At the special trailer launch event, actress Sonakshi Sinha opened up about reuniting with SLB, after 12 years.

Their last collaboration came in 2012’s superhit film Rowdy Rathore, also starring Akshay Kumar. Talking about their reunion, Sonakshi noted that Bhansali has been fond of her since their collab in Rowdy Rathore and that they have been trying to do something together for some time now.

Sonakshi said, “Just the fact that it came from Sanjay sir, and I love his work. He has been very fond of me since I worked with him in Rowdy Rathore. He was the producer. Since then, he’s extremely fond of me, and we have been trying to do something together.”
