Here's Why Fans Of Fahadh Faasil Need to Celebrate!

Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is currently enjoying the overwhelming positive response to his character Rangan Anna from the recently-released comedy action film Aavesham directed by Jithu Madhavan.

While the actor has been hailed for his extremely quirky and confident portrayal of a comedic gangster, he is expected to be taking on a slate of more or equally interesting characters in his next few films, including the highly-anticipated Pushpa 2 – The Return, where he will be playing the antagonist to Allu Arjun’s Pushpa.

From Pushpa 2 To Rajinikanth's VettaiyanPushpa 2 will not be the actor’s only stint in Telugu in 2024. In March, Producer Shobhu Yarlagadda had announced two new films with Fahadh Faasil. He shared the announcement on X on March 19 and unveiled the posters of the films. The two films are titled Don't Trouble The Trouble and Oxygen, directed by Siddhartha Nadella. Both projects are being presented by SS Rajamouli and produced by Shobhu Yarlagadda. Not just that, Rajamouli's son, SS Karthikeya, will be backing both films.

As the actor had revealed in a recent press meet, he will be playing a humourous role in Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming Tamil film Vettaiyan.

In Talks With Manjummel Boys Director ChidambaramAdditionally, Fahadh is also in talks to play the lead role in Manjummel Boys fame director Chidambaram's next, a horror mystery thriller under the Weekend Blockbusters banner (Sophia Paul's production house that most recently shot into prominence with their 2023 release RDX starring Neeraj Madhav, Shane Nigam, and Antony Varghese Pepe).

He has also signed on another film with the earlier-mentioned production house to do a film with director Anwar Rasheed. Fahadh and Anwar Rasheed had last come together in the cult hit film Trance.

There are also reports that the versatile actor is in talks to be a major part of director Sudha Kongara’s next in Tamil, Puranannooru, but not much information is available at this time.
