RO writes to police on law and order

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The returning officer, Deelip Swami, the district collector of the district, has sent a letter to the city police commissioner, Manoj Lohiya, expressing concern over the law and order situation in the Aurangabad Lok Sabha constituency and seeking action taken.

“Since the model code of conduct is in force, we have noticed a surge in a number of crimes, including body offences.

As an RO, we penned a letter to the police chief to take all action to ensure peace,” Swami told TOI while confirming the letter. TNN
