Schools introduce bridge course for classes III to VI
Ranchi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) schools have introduced a bridge course for students from classes III to VI. This new initiative is designed to help students transition smoothly as they encounter changes in textbooks and curriculum.
According to experts, the bridge course is intended to address any gaps that may emerge due to the shift from old to new textbooks.
Niraj Kumar Sinha, the principal of Firayalal Public School, said, “The board seeks to empower students to excel academically by offering additional support and resources.”
Rajesh Pillai, the principal of Kairali School, said, “The course curriculum encompasses essential subjects and topics, providing students with a solid foundation to navigate the revised textbooks confidently.”
