Spice trader killed in road mishap at Majiwada junction
THANE: A 40-year-old spice trader was mowed down by a speeding truck near Majiwada junction, late Thursday evening, officials informed.
According to the Kapurbawdi police, the victim- identified as N Nagda, a resident of old Thane- was riding his bike and was on his way towards his shop in Thane market when he got knocked down by the truck headed in the same direction and came under its rear wheels.

Passersby and the police rushed the victim to the hospital where he was declared dead while the truck driver was handed over to the police.
