Telangana's Ananya Reddy Shines in UPSC Civil Services, Aims for People-Centric Governance

UPSC CSE Result 2024: Donuru Ananya Reddy , ranked third in the Civil Services Examination 2023, expressed her commitment to bringing the administration closer to the people. Hailing from Telangana 's Mahabubnagar district, she conveyed her profound gratitude and happiness upon securing the prestigious third position.

The results, announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday, marked a significant milestone in her journey.

Disagreeing with the notion that the civil services examination is insurmountable, Reddy emphasized its challenging nature and stressed the importance of strategic preparation. She disclosed her study routine, dedicating 12-14 hours daily as the exam approached, highlighting the significance of a well-structured strategy. Reddy emphasized breaking down the syllabus into manageable parts within a defined timeframe to facilitate preparation, as shared in her conversation with PTI.

Providing advice to aspirants, she encouraged tailoring study plans to individual strengths and weaknesses, urging against blind emulation of others. Reddy's words echoed resilience and determination, advising candidates to persevere amidst the exam's challenges.

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy extended his congratulations to the civil services exam rankers from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Expressing delight in over 50 candidates from the two states clearing the civil services examination, he specifically commended Ananya Reddy for her achievement. The Chief Minister's pride in her success reflects the collective joy and encouragement within the region.
