NTA to release UGC NET Admit Card 2019 today @ ugcnet.nta.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency is going to release the University Grants Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) or simply UGC NET December 2019 examination Admit Card today i.e., on Saturday, November 9, 2019.


Candidates who have applied for the UGC-NET December 2019 examination, can download their admit card from the official website - https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/ - through candidate login.


In case candidates are unable to download Admit Cards from the website, the candidate should approach the Help Line between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm from November 9, 2019 to November 16, 2019.

After downloading the UGC-NET Admit Card, candidates are advised to read the instructions on the Admit Card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

In case of any discrepancy in the particulars of the candidate or his/her photograph and signatures shown in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Help Line between 10.00 am to 5.00 pm between November 9, 2019 to November 16, 2019.

In such cases, candidates would appear in the examination with the already downloaded Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make correction in the record later.

The NTA will conduct the December UGC-NET for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility for Assistant Professor between December 2 and December 6, 2019. The Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.

Candidate will appear at their own cost at the Examination Centre on Date and Shift indicated on their Admit Card issued by the NTA.

No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination centre, on Date and Timings other than that allotted to them in their Admit card. Candidate may please note that Admit Cards will not be sent by post. Candidates are advised to preserve their Admit Cards in good condition for future reference.

UGC-NET December 2019: Documents to be brought to the Examination Centre

1) Printed copy of Admit Card downloaded from NTA website.

2) One passport size photograph (same as uploaded on the Online Application Form) for pasting on the specific space in the Attendance Sheet at Centre during the Examination. Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original, valid and non-expired) – PAN card/Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card (With photograph)/ Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card). The name on the photo identification must match with the name as shown on the Admit Card.
