Exclusive - Gashmeer Mahajani in KKK14

Khatron Ke Khiladi season 14 preparation is in full swing and casting for the show is going on at full rapid speed. While various names from the television industry are floating in the media, ETimes TV has exclusively learnt that TV heartthrob Gashmeer Mahajani has been roped in for the show.

Sources from the show informed us that talks are almost finalised with Gashmeer Mahajani and in all likelihood the actor will be seen on the reality show facing his fears.

For the uninitiated, Gashmeer was offered the show by Rohit Shetty himself while he was doing Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and the filmmaker came on the dancing reality show as a special guest. While Gashmeer did not do the reality show that year but he has given his nod for this year.

Gashmeer has been away from work for the last few months after his father passed away. He has been maintaining a low profile. The actor has been part of successful TV projects like Imlie, Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.

Earlier while talking to ETimes TV about Rohit Shetty himself offering the show, he said, “Meri kya jurrat ya haisiyat ke main Rohit sir ko Na bolun. I can’t say no to him. Mujhe Puri tarah phasa diya, I have no other option apart from saying yes to him. I discussed with the team that I’ll enjoy doing Khatron only when I feel as an actor I don’t have anything else to explore. I would love to do those stunts in my films or for any role. If I don’t have any work in hand. If God has planned he doesn't want me to work as an actor, director, or producer then I might take up Khatron Ke Khiladi because I like adventure.”
