I don't want to participate in reality shows, want to focus on my acting skills: Aditya Deshmukh

Aditya Deshmukh, who is currently seen in the TV show Suhaagan, shares how he is not open to contesting in reality shows. He said, "I don't feel I would want to participate in reality shows. If I were to participate in shows like Bigg Boss or Khatron Ke Khiladi, my my concern would be how much of my personal life is shared with viewers."

He added, “I do feel that every individual is entitled to his or her privacy. In shows like Bigg Boss, sometimes you are so frustrated that different aspects of your personality is portrayed. I don't see myself getting into fights or arguments. I also don't like how actors get into silly arguments on national television. I can't let that happen to me. Reality shows do give good opportunities to actors and are a great platform. But, the way actors become aggressive when they are locked inside the house, is something I don't appreciate. I am also not keen on adventurous reality shows because I want to focus on my craft and become a good actor. If given an opportunity I might host a show someday, because that again is a great way to learn something new."

Aditya, who has been part of many TV shows like Ziddi Dil Maane Na and Lag Jaa Gale, shares further how he would have loved to be a chef or cricketer if he wasn't an actor. He said, "If I weren't an actor, I would have pursued a career as a cricketer. Cricket has always been my passion, and I have enjoyed cooking since I was a child."
