Shilpa on balancing her work and kids
Bollywood diva Shilpa Shetty Kundra is not new to television shows and has been judging reality series back-to-back. With brand endorsements, films and judging reality shows, Shilpa still manages to spend time with her kids Viaan Raj Kundra and Samisha Shetty . She has been a hands-on mother to both the kids and equally balances her work commitments.
The actress in a recent Q & A session with her fans on her Instagram handle revealed the formula behind her perfectly-balanced personal and professional life. Shilpa with her views sets perfect parenting goals.
While interacting with her fans, the actress went on to answer questions about her likes, dislikes, sister Shamita Shetty's bond with her OTT contestants Pratik and Nishant and more. However, something interesting and worth noticing that caught our attention was when someone asked Shilpa about how she takes care of her kids, Viaan Raj Kundra and Samisha Shetty Kundra , along with her work.

Replying to the question, Shilpa said, "I think most women do. I also do it as well. I just prioritise. 100% when I am at work, and 100% mother when I am at home."
Another question was about how Shilpa deals with negativity. To this, the actress said, "With Positivity."
Earlier, while talking to ETimes TV, the actress had shared how she manages her professional and personal life, "I micromanage things. It is very difficult but not impossible. I’ve a great team and they are very strong, they are my spine and they are very irritating. They really pack my day. They decide in such a way that I don’t compromise on my work or my personal life and I continue to be a good mother. I have a women's team and I make sure to shoot only thrice a week maximum. I take my meetings at home only. There are particular times when nobody can talk to me and that time I am a totally dedicated mother. When I am on the sets I am totally professional and I forget that I have a house and family. I make sure that wherever I am whether it's my home or sets at that time I do justice to it. I feel it is very important to love in that moment and to enjoy it."
Shilpa is currently shooting for her show India's Got Talent where her co-judges are Badshah, Kirron Kher and Manoj Muntashir. The actress keeps sharing behind-the-scenes fun videos and keeps her fans entertained and updated about her life.
