Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah update, June 1: Sapna and her family learn about Kalpana

The latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah begins with Popatlal and Sapna having a conversation. Sapna’s dad asks Popatlal if he is interested in getting married to his daughter. Popatlal blushes and asks Sapna for her answer first. Later, Sapna’s dad asks Popatlal to give his answer first as it is a ritual at his place.

Poptalal says that he wants to take a minute with his family before making a decision. He then asks Bapuji if he should wait for Kalpana before making a decision or not. Bapuji tells him to stop overthinking and say yes to Sapna for the time being.


The bell rings and Kalpana and his family arrive to meet Popatlal. Sapna and his family get shocked and ask them who they are. Taarak tells them the truth and requests them not to tell anything to Kalpana’s family. At first, they refuse to understand but later agree to do the same. Later, Popatlal meets Kalpana’s family.

Kalpana’s family asks Popatlal several questions and he answers all of them. Later, Babita asks them if they want to know anything specific about Popatlal. They deny and tell them that they already know everything about Popatlal. Everyone gets shocked and asks them how it is possible. Kalpana’s dad further tells them that he visited Gokuldham society several times to know everything about Popatlal before they give a marriage proposal to him.


Towards the end of the episode, Kalpana and Popatlal have a private conversation with each other.
