Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah update, May 31: Popatlal tries to impress Sapna
Yeh latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah begins with Sapna’s dad bombarding a number of questions at Popatlal. At first he asks him if he drinks and smokes. Poptalal denies and says that he doesn’t have any such bad habits. Further, he says that he only drinks soda with his Gokuldham friends. Sapna’s dad then asks him if he was romantically linked to any other woman in the past.
Taarak interrupts and says that Poptalal is a great man and respects women a lot.
As the episode continues, Babita tells Madhavi that they should get some snacks for the guest so that everyone can wrap up the meeting. Madhavi agrees with her. Later, Popatlal and Sapna go into his room to talk to each other personally. Popatlal shows Sapna his awards and says that he really wants to get married to her. Sapna, on the other hand, apologies to him for his dad’s behaviour.
Later, Popatlal receives a call from a shopkeeper. He keeps the phone on speaker mode and asks him what the matter is. The shopkeeper says that he has called to get his due amount of Rs 1800. Popatlal gets surprised as he hears this and says that he is a reporter and the shopkeeper has dialled the wrong number. The shopkeeper then tells him that he bought a saree from his shop for his wife. Sapna gets shocked as she hears this and asks for clarification. Poptalal yells at the shopkeeper and tells him that he has called the wrong person.
