Ramadan Quotes: Inspirational quotes to help you through fasting during the holy month of Ramzan

It is said that Prophet Mohammed once spoke, "When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of heaven are opened and the gates of hell are closed and the devils are chained."

Ramadan is a Holy month for Muslims where they fast during the daylight. During this holy month, Muslims do not gulp down even a sip of water during the daytime and dedicate their daylight hours to abstinence, charity and faith.

They only eat or drink anything after iftar (sundown), which shows an incredible feat of self-discipline in them. Fasting benefits us and the same has been mentioned in the Quran:

“O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you. so that you may learn self-restraint. Quran 2:183”

Because the holy month of Ramazan begins this week, it’s time to prepare your mind, cleanse your body and soul and gain maximum benefits by fasting, healthily.

Staying on track while fasting during the Ramadan month becomes very difficult sometimes. So, here is a list of some inspirational quotes that will help you keep going.
