Tips to borrow from designer Masaba Gupta's spring diet

Throughout the year, our body craves certain foods which vary from season to season. In winter we prefer lighter calorie intake options, whereas in summer our choices shift towards more refreshing and hydrating products. This seasonal change in our diet is required as according to the weather around us our body naturally adapts the dietary routine to stay fit.
However, we should provide the adequate amount of nutritious and healthy food required depending upon the weather outside.

Bollywood designer and diva Masaba Gupta recently gave us a glimpse into her dietary routine as she enters spring with lighter and hydrating food. Sharing the update about her diet on her Instagram, she wrote, “As we slip into spring, it is time to switch up our nutrition. My body automatically craves a lot lighter, hydrating foods and somehow lots of dairy and khichdi and fruit (obviously). But I find my metabolism revving up too…and I love a coconut water and malai snack at noon or 4 pm. Never post sunset.”

She further revealed that she has switched from intermittent fasting to eating every two hours, while she also finds malai to be delicious which is a tad dense for her consumption. She also wrote, “I limit it to 2-3 times a week. But the coconut water becomes a staple.”

Earlier Masaba Gupta revealed that she had made three changes in her lifestyle to make her more fine and fit which has worked for her. The first one is balanced, as she found the accurate balance of all the junk food consumption with really nutritious and nourishing food. The second is that finding a balance helped her get more fit and now she is working out six times a week. At the same time, the third thing is that she never uses her mobile phone for the first hour after waking up and instead reads something or simply connects with nature.
