CSK's victory was further sealed by a clinical bowling performance, spearheaded by Tushar Deshpande, who bagged four crucial wickets for 27 runs in his three overs. SRH's cautious batting strategy failed to counter Deshpande's early breakthroughs and the subsequent pressure applied during the middle overs. As a result, they stumbled to a disappointing total of 134 all out in 18.5 overs.
