PUNE: Aditya Birla Memorial hospital (ABMH) held the 7th national conference - ABMH QIPS-VII, 2019 - on quality improvement and patient safety at the hospital's auditorium recently.
"Our hospital had received a tremendous response from the healthcare industry commending our contribution towards quality improvement and patient safety. More than 300 participants from leading hospitals, healthcare organisations and institutes across the country participated in this conference," said Rekha Dubey, chief executive officer (CEO), Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital.
Elaborating, Dubey said, “Patient safety and providing them the best quality of healthcare have always been our objectives. It is in the pursuit of this endeavor that we have been organising theconference over years. Like previous conference, this year also we have received an overwhelming response for the conference."
"The industry stalwarts have appreciated this initiative as it serves as a good platform to come together and work towards the betterment of the society. We reviewed the current status of quality and safety in healthcare programme in India and identified strategies to improve the same," Dubey added.
The conference witnessed speakers and delegates from renowned hospitals and other healthcare organisations from all over India.
