Restriction for visitors at KU headquarters

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: In view of the rise in Covid-19 positive cases, Kerala university has announced a week's restriction for visitors to varsity headquarters here. The restriction, from April 17 to 24, has been put in place in view of the health advisory issued by the central and state governments.


Those who want to contact the university headquarters for various purposes may contact the university enquiry phone numbers from 10 am to 5 pm.

The enquiry numbers are: 9188526670, 9188526674, 9188526671, 9188526675. Meanwhile, all fees, including examination fees, can be submitted using an online facility, a statement from the varsity said here on Friday.

Revised Exam Dates

The sixth-semester CBCSs/CR, UG degree examinations originally scheduled to be held on April 15 and 17 have been rescheduled. As per this, these examinations would take place on April 30 and May 3. Sixth-semester project reports to be submitted at the respective colleges before May 10.

The seventh semester integrated LLB property law examination earlier scheduled for April 15 would be held on April 21.

The fourth-semester MA/MSc/M.Com/MSW/MMCJ (regular/supplementary/mercy) examinations originally scheduled to begin on April 22 have been rescheduled to begin from April 26.

Second semester unitary LLB (three year) special examination

Students who could not attend the second semester unitary (three year) LLB degree examination held in September 2020, on account of Covid-19 restrictions can appear for a special examination. Those who wish to appear for the special examination should submit applications to their respective colleges before April 26. The application should accompany a declaration by the health department or local self-government department.
