Sonia Gandhi, Ashwini Vaishnaw among 14 sworn in as RS members

New Delhi: Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi and railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw were among the 14 who were sworn in as members of the Rajya Sabha on Thursday.
