Matthew Perry Leaves Behind 1 Million Dollar For Trust Named After Annie Hall Character, Discloses Beneficiary Details

After Matthew Perry, famously known as Chandler Bing from Friends, passed away at 54, details about his will have surfaced. A legal document obtained by Page Six revealed that most of his assets would be placed in a trust with a well-known Hollywood acquaintance. The document, dating back to 2009, outlines Perry's estate, beneficiaries, and asset distribution.

Perry intended to leave his belongings in the Alvy Singer Living Trust, likely named after Woody Allen’s character from Annie Hall. Matthew Perry's Beneficiaries NamedHis mother, Suzanne Morrison, father, John Perry, half-sibling, Caitlin Morrison, and former girlfriend, Rachel Dunn, were named as beneficiaries. Despite drafting the will in 2009, Perry included a provision that any potential children he might have fathered would not be entitled to his estate.

An autopsy revealed his death was due to acute ketamine effects, deemed accidental and attributed to drowning, coronary artery disease, and the effects of buprenorphine, a substance abuse treatment. While Ketamine was found in his system, it was determined it could not have come from his therapy due to its short half-life and Perry's treatment timing.
