Ever since the announcement to making of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR starrer War 2 was made, fans have been waiting with bated breaths for the updates. The action-thriller, being helmed by Ayan Mukerji is one of the much anticipated films from YRF Spy Universe. Earlier on Tuesday, the RRR star was seen at Mumbai airport and his pics and videos went viral on social media.

And now, we got our hands on pics of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR from the sets of the film. Yes, you read that right!

Hrithik Roshan Celebrates Cinematic Silver Jubilee With War 2 Release

On Independence Day in 2025, Hrithik Roshan will release War 2, marking his cinematic jubilee. The movie is a follow-up to Siddharth Anand's popular film War. While the first part had him share screen space with Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor, the sequel will have him collaborate with Jr. NTR and Kiara Advani for the very first time, much to the credit of Yash Raj Films.

Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR Allot 60 Days For War 2

According to Bollywood Hungama reports, both actors have allotted 60 days to shoot for the sequel of the action-packed film. High-octane action and an engrossing story were features of the critically acclaimed first movie, which raised the bar for its follow-up.

Bollywood Hungama quoted a source saying, “He is shooting for his entry sequence and it’s an action-packed stint. Hrithik has allotted merely 55 to 60 days for War 2 and most of the film will be shot at studios in Mumbai. Interestingly, it will be a wrap for Hrithik on War 2 by June 2024, and it’s among those films which he will conclude in record time.” To note, Hrithik started shooting for the film at YRF in Mumbai on March 7.

More On War 2 War 2 is the sixth instalment in the YRF Spy Universe, which also features the upcoming Tiger 3 (2023) and the films Ek Tha Tiger (2012) , Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), War (2019), and Pathaan (2022). The plot of Tiger 3 is anticipated to be continued in this movie, which will ultimately lead to the much-awaited release of Tiger vs. Pathaan. There are rumours that Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan will square off in the film.
