Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream, ½ cup milk, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, ½ tsp vanilla essence, 1 packet gelatin. For the sauce- 2 cups thawed frozen Mango chunks, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, ½ lemon (juice), and a knob of butter, optional.

Step 1
Add cream, milk, and sugar in a small saucepan. Heat on low flame, and cook until the sugar dissolves, and the mixture is hot, but not boiling.

Prevent boiling! Switch off the stove and blend in the vanilla essence. Keep it aside to cool down a bit.

Prepare the gelatin as per the instructions on the package.

Mix the prepared gelatin into the cooled cream mixture and stir well until it dissolves completely.

Pour the mixture into small glasses, keeping some space for mango sauce, and place them in the refrigerator until the panna cotta sets, which usually takes at least 2 hours.
