PS Plus Extra December 2025 - Assassin's Creed Mirage and Resident Evil lead predictions
The PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium tiers haven't been the best in 2025, so here's hoping Sony pulls something special out for the final drop in December.
The next wave of PS Plus Extra and Premium games will be revealed on December 10, followed by a full release for the various PS4 and PS5 games on December 16.
In the lead up to the big reveal, fans have been having their say about what games they think may join the line-up this December.
Leading the predictions thread on Reddit are three games, in particular, as Assassin's Creed Mirage, Resident Evil Village and Atomic Heart.
Fans are convinced Resident Evil will join PS Plus sooner rather than later, especially with new entry Requiem launching next February.
If not Resident Evil Village, then fans believe there's a good chance we'll see Resident Evil 4 Remake instead.
Assassin's Creed Mirage is another game that seems to get picked a lot. The game has been around for a couple of years now, and would be the kind of high-profile release that would keep fans happy until the next update.
It was also in the news recently after Ubisoft released brand new DLC for the game, which added around 6-hours of content.
Atomic Heart, meanwhile, has been a top pick ever since leaving Xbox Game Pass. It definitely feels like a case of sooner rather than later, although PlayStation Plus subscribers thought the same about The Order: 1886, and that never made an appearance.
Other Ubisoft games like Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, The Crew Motorfest and Star Wars Outlaws all feature heavily in the predictions thread.
That's on top of games like Nine Sols, Hades, Lords of the Fallen and Legacy of Kain Soul Reaver 1+2 Remastered.
Various Like a Dragon games are tipped to appear, alongside Red Dead Redemption 2, System Shock, Final Fantasy 16 and Wo Long Fallen Dynasty.
Surprisingly there aren't too many first-party games in the predictions thread, minus the odd pick for Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
