Baking Soda And Water

Create a paste by mixing baking soda with a small amount of water. Brush your teeth with this paste for about 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

Mash up a ripe strawberry and mix it with a pinch of baking soda. Apply the mixture to your teeth and leave it on for about 5 minutes. Rinse and brush your teeth to remove any residue.
