Fans go in a frenzy after 'Kanchana' director Raghava Lawrence quits Akshay Kumar's 'Laxmmi Bomb'

The director of Tamil film 'Kanchana', Raghava Lawrence , was reportedly excited and happy for the remake of his film. Titled 'Laxmmi Bomb', starring Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani , is a Hindi remake of 'Kanchana'. However, the choreographer turned director-actor on Saturday, shockingly stepped down as the director of 'Laxmmi Bomb'.

Raghava revealed he felt "disrespected" and "disappointed" after the first look of the film featuring Akshay was released without his approval. In a long note posted on Twitter , Lawrence shared that the poster was released without his knowledge and that he is unhappy with the design as well.


He also revealed that he is happy to give away the script. Fans are upset over the same and have criticised the producers of the film for their behaviour. Raghava Lawrence's fans have been suggesting him to not give away the script. While some have also called this the best decision by the director.
