Fast tests being done in this state, corona may come under control

The coronavirus testing in Karnataka has doubled in 16 days. Giving this information, the state's Health Education Minister, Dr. K Sudhakar said that till May 8, we had done one lakh tests. After this the figure doubled in just 16 days.

In his statement, Sudhakar tweeted, "By this morning, two lakh three thousand tests have been done in 57 Corona Wire Testing Lab in the state.

For your information, let us tell you that today a complete lockdown has been implemented in Karnataka to prevent the coronavirus. The state government decided to complete the lockdown in the state on Sunday to prevent the virus and said that all the shops would remain closed till 7 am on 25 May. Less crowds were seen at Shivajinagar, Hubli, Gadag, Shimoga and Kalburgi, among others. All commercial establishments including the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation bus terminal remained closed. Meanwhile, people living in these areas also supported the move and remained at their respective homes. At the same time, two days before the resumption of domestic air travel, the Government of Karnataka has issued a new quarantine guideline for the people of states with high incidence of infection from between lockdowns. According to this, people coming to Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh will have to stay in the institutional lockdown. The new criteria also states that it will be necessary for travelers coming from other states to stay in the home quarantine for 14 days.
