Fight Erupts Over Seating Arrangement At Haridwar Event, People Fling Chairs At Each Other

People fight over the most ridiculous things these days, it seems. And it's usually a really tiny thing that triggers it.

Take this recent case for instance. It did not take much time for things to go awry at this qawwali event in Haridwar. A fight reportedly broke out because that's how unhappy the crowd was with the seating arrangement.

Things got to the point where they started hurling chairs at each other during said event.

The incident took place on November 19 at Mohalla Kaithwar in Haridwar, but luckily nobody sustained severe injuries, reports ANI. A video of the incident was also shared on Twitter by ANI.

It's almost uncomfortable to watch the video that shows people brutally attacking each other with chairs. Police is said to have arrived at the location in order to control the situation.

Kamlesh Upadhyay, Superintendent of Police (SP), Haridwar, said that police is identifying the people involved in the incident and the case will be investigated.

"A few boys threw chairs at each other but police personnel were present there so we did enquire the matter. We are identifying the people involved in this matter. We will investigate the case," Kamlesh Upadhyay was quoted as saying by ANI
