Film will be made on Sharat Chandra's work 'Dutta'

Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay's novel 'Datta' is going to complete a hundred years.  On this occasion, debutant director Nirmal Chakraborty is coming out with a Bengali film based on 'Datta' which is being shot in Birbhum district of West Bengal.  Interested in making cinematic adaptations on the plot.  The film stars Rituparna Sengupta as 'Bijoya' and Joy Sengupta as 'Naren'. 

Rituparna Sengupta told that before working in the film, she re-read the novel and got familiar with that role. On 'Datta' films were made in 1951 and 1976 before that. Chakraborty said, "Although my film too  Like the two earlier films, there will be a period film. But it will have a different style which will be different from the previous two adaptations. "

Chakravarty's film will have audiences in Ravindra  Students will hear songs of Tagore and Rajnikanth Sen.
