NEW DELHI: The fall in the price of petrol and diesel over the past several days has come to a standstill today. Today, there is no change in the prices of these in any of the metropolitan cities of the country. Prices of both petrol and diesel have remained stable. Let's know what is happening in major cities - the price of petrol and diesel in the country's capital Delhi remained unchanged at Rs 71.99 a litre. In Delhi, diesel is being sold at Rs 65.43 a litre.
In Kolkata, petrol is being sold at Rs 74.69 a litre and diesel is being sold at Rs 67.81 a litre. In Bollywood city Mumbai, petrol remained at Rs 77.65 a litre and diesel is being sold at Rs 68.60 a litre. In Chennai, the price of petrol remained at Rs 74.78 a litre.
Also, diesel is being sold at Rs 69.13 a litre. In Noida, petrol is being sold at Rs 71.56 a litre today. So Diesel is being sold at Rs 64.69 a litre. In Gurugram, petrol is being sold at Rs 72.11 a litre and diesel at Rs 64.81 a litre. The Government had abruptly hiked the prices of petrol and diesel in this Budget.
