Four arrested in Salem for selling liquor illegally

SALEM: The Salem city police arrested four men for selling liquor illegally in the city on Monday night.

The Kannankurichi police arrested K Raja, 28, of Kanakkadu area for selling liquor illegally. The police seized seven bottles of liquor from him.

In another incident, the Pallapatty police arrested S Gopi, 38, S Alamelu, 48 and M Babu, 49, of Mannarpalayam area for selling liquor.

The police seized 14 bottles of liquor from the them.
