Four injured in LPG cylinder blast in Nayagarh

Nayagarh: Four persons were injured in LPG cylinder explosion at Bahadajhola village under Odagaon police limits of Nayagarh district on Saturday.

According to reports one Bijay Ghatua of the village had called a mechanic soon after he detected some problem in the LPG cylinder at his house yesterday.

However, the LPG cylinder reportedly exploded when the mechanic lighted a match stick after completing the repair work. Ghatua and his two sons who were present in the house were injured in the incident.

Till last reports came in, all of the four persons suffered 90 per cent burn injuries in the LPG cylinder blast. They were shifted to Bhubaneswar after preliminary treatment in Nayagarh hospital.
