Four of pick-pocketing gang held in Ajmer

AJMER: Clock Tower police on Friday arrested a gang of four accused for pick-pocketing and stealing mobiles of devotees coming to attend the yearly Urs at Ajmer dargah . Police recovered 16 mobiles and Rs 23,000 from their possession.

According to police, there were complaints of pick pocketing and mobiles being stolen in Diggi Bazaar region.

Police detained four people and later found that they had come to Ajmer Urs for pick-pocketing and stealing.

Police then arrested Mohammad Shakil (42) resident of Seemapuri, New Delhi; Akil Khan (35) resident of Kanpur; Mohammad Dasadi (30) resident of New Delhi; and Mohammad Matin (26) resident of Kanpur.
