'From Bathroom To Food': AAP MP Says Kejriwal Being Monitored 24 Hours By PMO And LG

New Delhi: In a fresh attack at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi LG VK Saxena, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has now claimed that jailed CM Arvind Kejriwal is being monitored 24/7 through CCTV camera controlled by the PMO and LG. In a letter to PM Modi and LG VK Saxena, AAP MP Sanjay Singh claimed that Kerjiwal is being watched "from the bathroom to food."

He added that the Tihar jail has been transformed into a "torture chamber" for the Delhi CM, who was arrested by the ED in excise policy case on March 21.

"Whatever is happening with the elected Chief Minister of Delhi is extremely sad. The entire people of Delhi are in deep pain. Tihar Jail has been turned into a torture chamber for Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Reliable sources have revealed that Kejriwal is being monitored 24 hours by CCTV cameras by the PMO and LG, as if some big spy is spying," Singh said in the lette, quoted Times of India.

He further mentioned that despite the constant surveillance, Kejriwal was denied insulin for 23 days, even after his sugar levels became a matter of concerning. Singh went on to question the alleged inhumane treatment of the Delhi CM stating that it might be due to Kejriwal's initiatives in Delhi, such as providing good treatment, free electricity and water, and implementing a scheme to give Rs 1,000 per month to mothers and sisters.
